At Anomaly Piercing Supplies, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of body piercing jewelry and health and safety standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items once an order has been fulfilled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Reach out by text at 519-320-6890 or by email at info@anomalypiercingsupplies.ca with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
